2. Minimum period of subscription is six months.
3. Upgrade / Downgrade of subscription - Customer's can upgrade the package from E-Vision Basic to any of the Premium Packages at any given point of time, however the billing will be effective till the end of the month. The same rule will apply to upgrade requests within the same family (eg. From e-Pehla Basic to e-Pehla Silver) however for upgrades within the same family, pro-rata billing will be applied.
Customers can downgrade the package only after completing the minimum duration (The minimum duration will depend on the terms and conditions of the promotion offer that the customer has availed)
4. Temporary disconnection of service - Customer's can avail of this facility once in a calendar year for a minimum period of 15 days and a maximum period of 60 days and during this period the subscription will not be billed.
